Yes! If you have bloodwork from the last 6 months that shows Total Testosterone, SHBG (or free testosterone), LH, PSA, and Hematocrit (HCT), you can upload your results during the sign up process.

Maximus accepts Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Using your HSA/FSA is easy. Simply use your HSA/FSA card as you would any other debit or credit card when providing your billing information.

HSA/FSA plans vary on what services they are willing to cover. If you are uncertain whether your plan covers Maximus' services, check with your plan administrator.

Maximus guarantees that all of our Testosterone Protocols will increase your testosterone by at least 10% in the first 90 days of treatment. Customers will track their levels with CLIA certified blood tests (both before starting the protocol to establish a baseline, as well as after taking the medication, as directed, for at least 30 days).

If total testosterone has not been increased by 10%,you can email support@maximustribe.com to request a refund for all medication costs. Requests should be submitted within 90 days of beginning a protocol. Lab costs and doctor consultation/network fees are not eligible for refunds.
