Lose the Belly.

Keep the Muscle.

The only program that pairs leading weight loss medicine with a patented, fertility-friendly testosterone protocol — designed to help you lose fat while preserving the muscle that supports your strength, balance, and metabolic health.

THE PROBLEM WITH WEIGHT LOSS MEDICINE

Most men who start weight loss medication lose muscle right along with the fat.

Weight loss medicine works. That part is well-established. The newer class of GLP-1 medications can help men lose 15 to 20 percent of their body weight, and for a lot of guys, that kind of result is life-changing.

But here's what the ads leave out: clinical research consistently shows that a meaningful portion of the weight you lose on these medications comes from lean body mass — not just fat. For men who train, who care about their physical performance, and who've spent years building strength, that's a serious problem. You don't want to trade a gut for a weaker body.

That tradeoff doesn't have to exist. There's a better way to do this.

THE MAXIMUS APPROACH

Two protocols. One goal.

A stronger, leaner you.

Your physician coordinates both protocols to work together — optimized dosing, shared lab monitoring, one care team.

WHY THIS WORKS

Weight loss medicine removes the fat.
Testosterone builds and protects the muscle.

GLP-1 medications work by suppressing appetite, regulating blood sugar, and improving fat metabolism. They're extremely effective at reducing body fat. But when you lose weight quickly, your body doesn't just burn fat — it can break down muscle tissue too, especially if your testosterone levels aren't where they need to be.

Testosterone is one of the key hormone responsible for building and maintaining lean muscle. When your testosterone is optimized — not just "in range" — your body is more likely to preserve muscle. That's the whole point of pairing these two protocols: the weight loss medicine handles the fat side, and the testosterone protocol handles the muscle side.

And because this testosterone protocol uses Enclomiphene alongside the Testosterone Cream, it preserves your body's natural hormone production and fertility markers — something traditional testosterone therapy doesn't do. This is a patented approach backed by published clinical data.

The result: actual body recomposition. Not just a smaller number on the scale.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions you probably have.
Answers you actually need.

Will weight loss medicine make me lose muscle?

It can — that's precisely why we pair it with a testosterone protocol. When your testosterone is optimized, your body is more likely to preserve muscle. Our patented Testosterone Cream + Enclomiphene combination has been clinically shown to increase total testosterone 163% and free testosterone 216%, giving your body the hormonal support it needs to hold onto muscle while you lose fat.

Do I have to buy both protocols?

No. Each protocol is prescribed and purchased independently based on your medical evaluation. But they're designed to complement each other, and your physician can coordinate both for the best possible results.

Will testosterone therapy affect my fertility?

Traditional testosterone therapy can suppress fertility. That's why our protocol includes Enclomiphene, which preserves your body's natural hormone production. In our published clinical study, 100% of clients maintained fertility markers above threshold with individualized enclomiphene dosing.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Weight loss with GLP-1 based medications varies meaningfully from patient to patient. Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist, meaning it acts on two appetite-regulating pathways. Both can help reduce appetite signaling, slow gastric emptying, and support steadier blood sugar. Combined with nutrition and activity changes, they are tools clinicians use to support weight management.

How much you personally lose, and which medication is the right fit for you, depends on your starting weight, your medical history, your dose, your adherence to protocol, your nutrition and movement, and your individual physiology. Your prescriber will discuss which option makes sense for your situation, walk through realistic expectations, and adjust your protocol based on how you respond.
